• Travel planning and consultation
• Group travel coordination
• Event and themed travel packages

We act as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers (resorts, cruise lines, hotels). We are not responsible for the services provided by these third-party suppliers.

4. Bookings and Payments

Booking Process

When you make a booking through our Site or with our travel advisors:

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information
• You authorize us to process payment for the full booking amount or deposit
• You will receive a booking confirmation via email
• All bookings are subject to availability and supplier confirmation

Payment Terms

• Deposits are typically required at time of booking
• Final payment is due 60-90 days before travel (varies by supplier)
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods
• All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated
• Payment is processed through secure third-party processors (Stripe)

Price Changes

While we make every effort to provide accurate pricing:

• Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors
• Confirmed bookings honor the price at time of booking
• Additional fees (resort fees, taxes, etc.) may apply as charged by suppliers

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by resort, hotel, or cruise line. Standard policies typically include:

• 60+ days before travel: Full refund minus processing fee
• 30-59 days before travel: Partial refund (typically 50-75%)
• Less than 30 days before travel: No refund or minimal refund

Important: Specific cancellation terms will be provided at time of booking and included in your booking confirmation. Please review carefully before confirming.

Refund Process

• Refunds are processed according to supplier policies
• Refunds may take 7-14 business days to appear on your statement
• Administrative or processing fees may apply
• Travel insurance may cover certain cancellation scenarios

Changes to Bookings

Changes to confirmed bookings (dates, room type, guests) may be subject to:

• Availability at the resort or cruise
• Change fees charged by suppliers
• Price differences between original and new booking
• Administrative fees for processing changes

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. Travel insurance may cover:

• Trip cancellation or interruption
• Medical emergencies while traveling
• Lost or delayed baggage
• Travel delays

Travel insurance is optional and sold separately. We can provide information on travel insurance providers, but we are not responsible for insurance coverage or claims.

7. Your Responsibilities

As a traveler booking through Bare Getaways, you are responsible for:

• Valid Identification: Ensuring you have valid passport, visa, or identification required for travel
• Health Requirements: Meeting health and vaccination requirements for your destination
• Travel Documents: Arriving with all necessary booking confirmations and travel documents
• Resort Rules: Following rules and policies of resorts, hotels, and cruise lines
• Timely Payment: Making all payments by the due dates specified
• Accurate Information: Providing accurate information for bookings

8. Liability and Disclaimers

Third-Party Services

We act as an intermediary for travel suppliers. We are not responsible for:

• Services provided by resorts, hotels, cruise lines, airlines, or other suppliers
• Quality, safety, or condition of accommodations
• Actions or omissions of third-party suppliers
• Changes to itineraries made by suppliers
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, etc.)

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not responsible for losses due to supplier failures or force majeure
• Claims must be filed within 6 months of the travel date

Site Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy or completeness of information on the Site
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site
• Availability of specific inventory or pricing

9. Intellectual Property
