Important information about your Bare Getaways vacation.

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking your trip. By making a booking with Bare Getaways, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only after we receive the required deposit and you receive a confirmation email from us. Please review your confirmation details carefully and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies.

Payment Policy

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The final payment is typically due 60 days prior to your departure date. We accept all major credit cards. Failure to make the final payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by resort and are strictly enforced. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Generally, cancellations made more than 60 days out will receive a partial refund, minus administrative fees. Cancellations within 60 days are typically non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is our utmost priority. We are committed to protecting your personal information and will never share your details with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required for booking purposes (e.g., with resorts and airlines). All communications are handled with complete discretion.

Traveler Responsibility

It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents. You are also responsible for adhering to all resort rules, local laws, and our code of conduct. Bare Getaways is not liable for any issues arising from failure to meet these responsibilities.

Liability

Bare Getaways acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, and other travel service providers. We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may be caused by the actions or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour.
